Robotic systems for industrial applications

The research activities of this team are focused on the development of navigation and trajectory planning algorithms for mobile robots. One of the applications of these algorithms considers the maximization of solar energy captured by solar panels carried by a set of mobile robots.

Nonlinear control strategies design and their application to manipulator arms are among the research activities treated by this team. Robotic systems are also designed to accomplish rehabilitation tasks.
